January 26th, Innovation Drives Resilience, Steady Progress Ushers in a New Chapter The 2023 annual work conference and commendation ceremony of Tongda Power was successfully held in the company's auditorium. More than 240 people attended the meeting, including the management of the headquarters and subsidiaries, managers, team leaders, employee representatives, and award recipients.

1. General Manager's Work Report

Yang Yiyang, General Manager of Tongda Silicon Steel, delivered the annual work report.

In his report, General Manager Yang conducted a comprehensive analysis and report on the overall operating conditions and the completion of key tasks of the group in 2023. General Manager Yang pointed out that in 2023, faced with many uncertainties, the company worked together and achieved counter-cyclical growth, which was not easy. In 2024, facing a more challenging market and external environment, the company will take "Management Improvement Year" as its development theme, maintain strategic determination, respond to changes with "invariance," continuously improve its internal strength, enhance its resilience, closely monitor market opportunities, and make steady progress.

3. Important Speech by the Chairman

Mr. Jiang Yufeng, Chairman of Tongda Power, delivered an important speech.

Chairman Jiang affirmed the company's achievements in 2023 and encouraged all Tongda employees to continue to strive towards the goal of the "Double Hundred Project." In 2024, the focus will be on the following aspects:
