On November 18th, accompanied by the warm sun of early winter, Tongda Silicon Steel completed a team-building activity that was both challenging, warm, and moving.

The 'xin' is the new of Tongda people bravely pursuing dreams and daring to innovate.

 

01 Conquer the Peak Junsan Mountain Climbing Team Challenge

02 Press On Binjiang Orienteering Team Challenge

03 Strive for Excellence Group Competition Challenge

This team-building activity consisted of three parts: a mountain climbing challenge, an orienteering challenge, and a group game competition. It was not only a challenge to everyone's physical fitness, but also a test of mental strength. During the task, teams needed to complete checkpoint challenges, and finally, the winning team was determined by the total score.

 

The earthen stove picnic lunch was a great opportunity for partners to show their skills and teamwork. The smoke from the cooking fire eased pressure and worries, and partners gathered around a table, enjoying the food they made themselves, showing warmth.

 

This team-building activity allowed partners to immerse themselves in nature, challenge themselves physically and mentally, relieve stress, cultivate team spirit, and enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the company, allowing everyone to approach work and life with a more positive and energetic attitude!
